Orkhan Hasanli
Orkhan brings approximately a decade of technology experience across private-sector, government, and startup environments, with deep specialization in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, and data analytics.
He holds a Master of IT in Business specializing in Data Analytics and AI from Singapore Management University. As a Senior AI Engineer, Orkhan has built and led AI research and product teams and worked across advanced computer-vision applications including facial recognition, object detection, segmentation, model optimization, and production AI deployment.
His experience extends from AI model development to complete cloud-based production pipelines, containerized environments, APIs, and specialized AI hardware. As a member of Stepopp's Advisory Board, Orkhan also helps guide the company's AI strategy, technical direction, and development of practical AI solutions for enterprise customers.
Farid Karimli, PhD
Farid leads advanced cloud and AI transformation initiatives at Stepopp, helping organizations architect modern cloud environments and explore how emerging AI technologies can create new capabilities and experiences.
His work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction (HCI), with a particular focus on multimodal and agentic AI. His research and engineering background spans multimodal AI, foundation models, AI agents, accessibility technology, big-data pipelines, and full-stack software development.
His previous work includes educational AI tutors for machine-learning courses at Boston University, accessibility technologies including CameraMouse and KeyGlide, AI agents for workplace productivity, and research in accessibility and HCI. At Stepopp, Farid brings this research-driven perspective to enterprise technology, helping customers connect cloud architecture with the rapidly evolving capabilities of generative, multimodal, and agentic AI.
Asher Maor, PhD
Asher is a Senior Integration Engineer at Stepopp, specializing in connecting cloud platforms, enterprise applications, retail systems, and custom software environments. His experience spans cloud platform integration, POS and ERP connectivity, security architecture, API development, and enterprise system integration.
His technical work includes integrations across POS and ERP environments, industry-specific platforms such as METRC, gateway and HiLPC protocol implementations, custom REST endpoints, and cloud-connected enterprise systems.
Asher also brings experience developing practical digital tools — including ROI modeling platforms, comparison engines, secure document systems, and customer-facing applications — that translate complex backend technologies into useful business experiences. At Stepopp, he focuses on designing and implementing the integration layer that connects cloud services, enterprise platforms, APIs, and customer systems into reliable end-to-end solutions.
